Went out in hopes of catching some Aurora last night. There was a minor showing shortly after sunset, but otherwise just a nice clear beautifully star-filled sky. The waxing moon lit up the area to make it look a bit like daylight, and also served to wash the refections away. The white lights along the bank of Crystal Lake is traffic passing through the Friendly Village. A comfy camp chair on the beach and a thermos of hot coffee kept the festivities going.
